Terms and conditions

a) 

The dogs must be fully vaccinated, chipped, and dewormed. General information about their health status and updates must be communicated to me without request. To ensure the well-being of all my guests, I reserve the right to refuse dogs or require a veterinary examination if I suspect health issues. If any illness or other issues arise during the stay, I will consult with the owner. In emergency cases, I will visit the preferred veterinarian provided by the owner. In urgent situations, I will go to the nearest veterinary clinic. If something concerning arises and the owner is unreachable, I reserve the right to have a veterinary examination performed, with all costs being charged to the owner.

 

b) 

If your dog is not leash-trained or exhibits behavior that disturbs or endangers me, the environment, or the group, I reserve the right to lead the dog with a harness (Gentle Leader) and/or a muzzle.

 

c) 

The food must be provided by the owner. Otherwise, the dog will be fed an appropriate complete food from "Happy Dog." For training purposes, I use "klein und fein" from "Lecky" – unless the owner specifically requests something different and provides an alternative.

 

d)

Cancellations must be communicated at least 8 days before the scheduled date. Otherwise, 50% of the agreed duration of care will be charged. Unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accidents, death, or similar are exempt from this.

 

e)

Payment must be made in advance, either in cash, via Twint, or as a bank transfer.
